Processing Times 

Please allow us 1-4 business days to fulfill and ship orders.

Processing times do not include weekends (Saturdays-Sundays) and public holidays.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping 

All orders in Canada will be shipped via Canada Post or by local delivery within the Durham region (Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa). 

Cross border Shipping (U.S.A)

All US orders will be shipped through Canada Post

Local Delivery 

Local delivery is available in the Durham region of Ontario ( (Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa). If you select local delivery at check out, the estimated time of delivery will be the same day ( depending on what time you placed your order)  or 1-2 days after your purchase. 

Pick up orders 

Pick up is available for those who are willing to drive to our location to pick up their orders for FREE. You must notify us by mail: contact@tracyjay.com or DM us on Instagram: @tracyjay.ca while you are on your way to pick up your order. Picks up times are Monday to Friday from 11 a.m - 5 p.m
